Overview

As a Field Service Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team, responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility.

In Short

• Responsible for installation, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are met.
• Provide technical expertise and outstanding customer support.
• Document service activities and maintain records.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive products.
• Coordinate system and hardware delivery and installation.
• Support teams to achieve company goals.
• Manage assigned area of responsibility and customer needs.
• Travel up to 75% as required.

• Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Reside within 30 miles of the assigned territory.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and comply with vaccination requirements.
• 1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• General computer skills.
