Field Service Engineer 2 - 2nd Shift - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer 2 at Intuitive, you will be responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all our products within your management designated area of responsibility.

In Short

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain products.
• Ensure all service agreements and warranty obligations are met.
• Provide technical expertise and outstanding support to customers.
• Conduct training sessions at various facilities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and repair all Intuitive products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities.
• Support and collaborate with other teams within Intuitive.
• Manage assigned area of responsibility and customer relationships.
• Travel up to 75% as required.
