Commercial Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and content development of mission-critical learning programs for Intuitive customers, focusing on clinical and technical aspects of Intuitive products.

In Short

• Design and develop eLearning and instructor-led training programs.
• Manage all phases of multiple learning deliverables.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content.
• Create engaging training content that adheres to adult learning principles.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance of deliverables.
• Utilize software tools like Articulate Storyline and Microsoft Office.
• Participate in content evaluation and process improvement.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage review cycles with multiple SMEs.
• Provide work samples and/or portfolio.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in instructional design.
• 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organizations preferred.
• Degree in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology preferred.
• Experience with eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and MS Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize projects.
• Must provide work samples and/or portfolio.
