Overview

The Bariatric Specialty Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving identification and adoption of new procedures for the da Vinci surgical system, partnering with sales leadership and staff to expand the use of the system in surgical specialties.

In Short

  • Build sustainable Bariatric surgeons in designated programs.
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Bariatric Surgery.
  • Expand da Vinci Specialty Procedure and New Technology Utilization.
  • Conduct hospital and surgical practice executive presentations.
  • Achieve Quarterly and Annual Quota Aligned to Compensation Plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for market development activities.
  • Provide feedback to enhance representatives’ selling abilities.
  • Manage Key Initiatives for launching new procedures.
  • Evaluate bariatric procedure and new tech trends.
  • Overnight travel required: 2-3 days/week (40% - 60%).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales required.
  • 1+ years of management experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of titanium and bariatric space.
  • Proven ability to develop KOLs with QTI data.
  • Experience using data and analytics for research.
  • Excellent clinical selling skills.
  • Effective communication skills across a broad organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
