In Short

• Review real user search queries and associated job-posting result lists.
• Label postings’ relevance and likelihood of application.
• Apply and document robust QA practices.
• Flag ambiguous results and collaborate with the data-science team.
• Work entirely within the Client’s tech infrastructure.
• Participate in project and sprint meetings.
• Complete approximately 20–30 person-days of annotation by Q3 2025.
• Adhere to all contractual obligations and data-protection regulations.
• It is not a permanent job.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with data privacy protocols.
• Basic understanding of QA practices.
