Labeling Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Labeling Operations Manager will oversee the Labeling Operations team responsible for ensuring high-quality labels of sensor data for the development of the Self Driving System at Stack, a company focused on AI and autonomous systems in the trucking industry.

• Manage the Labeling Operations team in the Product Development organization.
• Collaborate with key customers to define and refine labeling ontology and policy.
• Ensure efficient workflows for high volume quality labels.
• Oversee vendor relationships for ground truth labeling of AV sensor data.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for improvement in workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Operations Management or related experience.
• Experience leading teams in data annotation or related functions.
• Experience managing globally distributed workforce vendors.
• Ability to define and implement complex operational workflows.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in business metrics.
• Prior experience in an AV or Robotics company preferred.
• Understanding of ML training of Perception models preferred.
