Intersect Power is a clean energy company focused on low-carbon solutions and innovative energy projects. We are seeking a Renewable Energy Developer to manage project development budgets, schedules, and economics in a flexible remote environment.

In Short

• Lead development team engagement on project pricing and investment.
• Interface with Land Acquisition team for greenfield land strategy.
• Conduct financial modeling and analysis for project development.
• Support project reporting and decision-making presentations.
• Manage project development work streams for wind, solar, and load projects.
• Maintain ownership of project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate interconnection study processes and analyses.
• Lead contract negotiations with various stakeholders.
• Support the creation of project management tools and procedures.
• Prepare analysis and materials for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable project development or finance.
• Expertise in financial modeling using Excel.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• MBA is a plus.
• Experience in finance and power marketing preferred.
