Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of real estate development or acquisition experience.
• 3+ years in the renewable energy industry.
• Experience with mineral rights and surface waivers.
• Strong understanding of land acquisition terms for solar/wind projects.
• Ability to negotiate complex real estate agreements.
• Independent and self-directed work ethic.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with GIS software and land/environmental policy.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
