Intersect Power is seeking a Power Scheduling Leader to manage a team and optimize the performance of renewable energy assets in the ERCOT and CAISO markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in power scheduling, focusing on renewable energy.
• 3+ years managing scheduling or trading teams.
• Strong understanding of ERCOT and CAISO markets.
• Hands-on experience with PV and BESS scheduling.
• Proficiency in scheduling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
