Overview

The Remote Work and Family Life Supervisor will oversee programs that support military families, ensuring they are prepared for the demands of military life.

In Short

• Provide educational and support programs for military families.
• Target outreach efforts to at-risk groups.
• Ensure deployment materials are appropriate and accessible.
• Facilitate training and workshops for family readiness.
• Provide consultative services for career and financial management.
• Account for all services in the scheduling module.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources.
• Work within established guidelines of the Navy FFSP Program.
• Manage multiple-site educational programs.
• Demonstrate strong communication and advocacy skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in adult education or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in managing educational programs.
• Skills in making presentations and facilitating training.
• Professional knowledge of social services and education delivery.
• Experience with military family programs or social service agencies.
• Knowledge of the FFSMIS system is desired.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
