Family First Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Family First Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of personal computers and equipment, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with agency standards while supporting staff and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum BSW/BA in a human service-related field.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to be trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Ability to provide physical assistance as needed.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• Experience with behavioral health issues is desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance standards.
• Ability to work in varied environments.
