  • Analyze data and sales trends to make informed decisions and drive growth
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment that fosters teamwork and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a remote team
  • Experience with remote work management, including maintaining team morale and productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance improvements
  • Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems for communication, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Insurance license is preferred but not required; we are happy to guide you through the licensing process and provide support to help you obtain one if needed
