Overview

International SOS is seeking a qualified Social Service Associate to support the Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life (SAIL) Program, aimed at assisting active duty military members and their families.

In Short

• Maintain schedules for SAIL Case Managers and Clinical Counselors.
• Manage daily scheduling and rescheduling of client appointments.
• Track service metrics for case management.
• Ensure proper handling of client paperwork.
• Provide administrative support functions including data entry and meeting coordination.
• Research and validate information on SAIL resource referrals.
• Respond to calls and connect clients to appropriate resources.
• Support military families and understand military lifestyle.
• Document and maintain records in the FFSMIS system.
• Participate in quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Experience in administrative support within a medical or social service office.
• Excellent customer service skills and crisis response abilities.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and FFSMIS is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with advocacy or case management services.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
• Understanding of military family programs and resources.
• Willingness to operate within Navy FFSP Program guidelines.
