Quality Control Chief - Remote

Overview

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to serve as the Quality Control Chief for The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP), which supports military personnel and their families.

In Short

• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage quality measures for the FFSP project.
• Provide training and development on quality competencies.
• Report quality data to leadership.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality improvement efforts.
• Develop and review program policies and procedures.
• Work with site leadership on quality improvement plans.
• Facilitate activities related to quality and performance improvement.
• Assist in enhancing customer engagement.
• Work autonomously and be detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Management best practices.
• Understanding of FFSP policies and service delivery.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative measurement techniques.
• Ability to prepare and present management briefings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in leading large teams.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Knowledge of FFSMIS system is a plus.
