Educational Services Facilitator - Remote

Overview

The Educational Services Facilitator will provide support and training for military families, focusing on deployment and mobilization services, as well as life skills education.

In Short

• Coordinate and provide deployment support services.
• Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment workshops.
• Train Command Family Readiness Groups.
• Facilitate life skills workshops for military families.
• Establish relationships with local schools and services.
• Provide family employment readiness workshops.
• Utilize program evaluation for educational delivery.
• Support families with relocation programs.
• Deliver training using Navy standardized curricula.
• Work autonomously while being detail-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in adult education or related field.
• Two years of experience in training development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with military family programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct management briefings.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Understanding of diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of FFSMIS system is a plus.
