Overview

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Manager for Economic Recovery and Development (ERD) to oversee the implementation of activities in the Liptako region, with a base in Dori, Burkina Faso. The role involves managing a team and ensuring the quality of ERD activities in collaboration with various program teams and local partners.

• Fluency in French, with preference for local languages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in challenging contexts, particularly in the Liptako region.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
