Intergiro is a rapidly scaling Swedish FinTech company on a mission to connect the digital economy by enabling businesses to embed payments into their systems and products. We are seeking a Legal Counsel with GDPR expertise to join our Legal team.

In Short

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure GDPR compliance through privacy policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product teams on regulatory solutions.
• Conduct legal research and provide updates on laws and regulations.
• Develop training materials and provide training on legal topics.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contract law and data protection.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for open dialogue.
• Proven ability to manage diverse legal matters.
