Whether it’s resolving day-to-day issues or leading high-level strategic discussions, you’re a trusted advisor they can count on.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships and expectations as the main point of contact.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
  • Inform clients of new developments and industry changes.
  • Monitor customer needs and set specific goals.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Lead efforts to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage escalations and improve service use.
  • Oversee delivery of managed services and track performance.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft landscape.
  • A commercial drive and strong organizational skills.
  • Skilled in relationship management with the ability to visit customers in the Netherlands.
  • Presentation skills for product demos.
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch.
