• Analyze and document current-state and future-state planning processes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into actionable o9 configuration specs.
• Collaborate with developers to test and validate o9 module behavior.
• Support UAT and adoption by planners through training and feedback sessions.
• Participate in integration design and data validation across planning cycles.
• Assist Process Leads with sprint planning, testing, and documentation deliverables.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience in user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of data validation processes.
