Overview

As an o9 Planning Data Scientist, you will support our client in leading the design and optimization of statistical forecasting, segmentation models, and promotional analytics within the o9 platform.

In Short

• Analyze historical demand patterns and select/configure appropriate forecasting algorithms within o9.
• Configure and tune o9 statistical forecasting plug-ins for segmentation, seasonality, and promotions.
• Validate regression models and forecasting accuracy; summarize findings for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to integrate data science outputs into the planning system.
• Document forecasting logic, support knowledge transfer, and facilitate planner onboarding.
• Provide guidance on statistical modeling best practices within o9.
