Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Specialist to drive our growth in the Americas, focusing on large enterprise deals and Trust & Safety wellbeing solutions.

In Short

• Drive growth in the Americas with a focus on enterprise deals.
• Manage outbound sales and partner-supported deals.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales and North America General Manager.
• Test and iterate on outbound strategies.
• Handle inbound opportunities and collaborate with Marketing.
• Support early partner-led opportunities.
• Run the end-to-end sales cycle for referral deals.
• Own the sales process for global Trust & Safety opportunities.
• Work with clinical leaders to craft solutions for workforce needs.
• Represent the company at broker and partner events.

Requirements

• Experience in business development or sales.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience in partner and channel management.
• Knowledge of Trust & Safety solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
