Overview

The Product Training Manager will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our product training strategy, bridging product development teams and employees to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in training and development, with 3 years in product training.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency with learning management systems.
• Strong technical aptitude with complex products.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
