Product Training Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Training Manager will own the end-to-end development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our product training strategy, ensuring our Client organizations have the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the understanding, value, and adoption of our product solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training and development.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficiency with learning management systems.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand complex products.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
