Overview

As a Product Manager on the Coinbase Trading team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the trading experience for our users. You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of features aimed at improving critical user journeys and driving trading efficiency.

• Enhance Critical User Journeys: Lead the development of features aimed at improving critical user journeys for traders.
• Build a Roadmap: Understand trading behaviors and market trends to conceptualize and implement a roadmap.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define metrics and run experiments to evaluate CUJ efficiency and trading execution.
• Own product development from conception to launch, iterating along the way.
• Scale and grow usage, ensuring users have access to the products when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including experience working on consumer products.
• Expertise in trading and a strong grasp of financial concepts.
• Experience building 0 to 1 products with high ambiguity.
• Strong design sense about product decisions.
• Ability to influence and shape strategic decisions/discussions.
• Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new domains.
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets.
