Intelerad is seeking an Applications & Workflow Consultant I to conduct workflow analysis, optimize applications, and deliver training for Radiology IT solutions, enhancing healthcare outcomes.

In Short

• Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis.
• Design Future State Workflow for Radiology.
• Optimize applications based on best practices.
• Develop and deliver training plans for users.
• Coordinate training for Super Users and Administrators.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to customer needs.
• Frequent travel required, up to 75%.
• Work cross-functionally to improve efficiencies.
• Ensure timely delivery of course completion certificates.
• Proactively involved in change management processes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education.
• 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare or IT roles.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and data management.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Knowledge of Radiology Healthcare IT solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Eligibility for Department of Defense clearance where required.
