Overview

This role involves conducting applications and workflow analysis, training, and optimization for Radiology IT solutions, focusing on improving patient outcomes and enhancing operational efficiencies.

In Short

• Conduct current state workflow analysis and design future workflows.
• Determine application optimization needs based on best practices.
• Develop training plans and documentation for clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Provide training to Super Users and Administrators.
• Manage multiple projects and adapt to customer needs.
• Frequent travel required, up to 75% across North America.
• Work cross-functionally to improve collaboration and efficiencies.
• Engage in change management processes during implementations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours based on business needs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Health Science, or Education.
• Certified Radiology Technologist preferred with at least 1 year of experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare or IT roles.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and data management systems.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level Radiology Healthcare IT solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
