Instructure, Inc. is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to the business leaders to foster a culture of employee engagement, support organizational objectives, and drive HR strategies across the designated region.

Requirements

• BS Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
• 8-10+ years of HR experience, with 5 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership for strategic insights.
• Experience in employee relations and project management.
• HRIS data navigation experience, preferably in Workday.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.
