In Short

  • Design and manage ABM programs targeting institutions and organizations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Use Demandbase for multi-channel account journeys.
  • Partner with content teams to develop resonating assets.
  • Manage budgets and timelines while experimenting with new tactics.
  • Lead research projects to inform ABM strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing operations for campaign alignment.
  • Design dashboards for ABM performance visualization.
  • Continuously refine targeting strategies and track KPIs.
  • Share best practices to elevate ABM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years in ABM.
  • Proven ability to execute ABM programs.
  • Hands-on expertise with Demandbase, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity and creativity aligned with innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
