As a GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager at Instawork, you will play a crucial role in understanding and enhancing the effectiveness of the company's go-to-market strategies, driving data-informed decisions, and influencing growth across the organization.

• Define and track essential KPIs and metrics for the go-to-market (GTM) team
• Utilize strong analytical skills to address key business questions and uncover growth opportunities
• Use analytics techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Partner closely with GTM stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives
• Uncover insights and propose recommendations that influence execution and growth strategies

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in business operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy & analytics, management consulting, investment banking, or technology
• Strong data and analytics skills, including fluency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools
• Strong cross-functional and executive communication skills
• Entrepreneurial self-starter capable of delivering results independently
• Strategic thinker with the ability to set key business goals and milestones
