Overview

Instawork is seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to scale enterprise partnerships and support rapid growth across the U.S. as an Enterprise Account Executive.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients in the light industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking and outreach.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in light industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a desire for high performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
