Overview

We're looking for passionate, driven, and highly motivated sales professionals to help us scale our enterprise partnerships and continue our rapid growth across the U.S. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring key enterprise accounts and forming channel partnerships. You will work closely with mid-market to large businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting business relationships and a strong ability to close deals.

In Short

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential enterprise clients in the light industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, outreach, and targeted industry research.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiations with senior decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Instawork's service offerings to better serve clients and improve the overall sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on the light industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve high performance and success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines and reporting.

Benefits

  • The base salary for this position is $110,000 eligible OTE for total of $230k and uncapped commissions.
