Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team, working directly with customers and their IT and Network providers to deploy, customize, and maintain our hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in a tech/IT support role, preferably customer-facing.
• Experience deploying hardware within customer networks.
• Familiarity with operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-call shifts.
