Overview

Inspiren is looking for a Field & Events Senior Manager to lead our national, regional, and local event programs, blending creativity, precision, and data-driven execution to enhance customer relationships and elevate our brand.

In Short

• Plan and execute a tiered event strategy tied to target accounts and revenue goals.
• Manage end-to-end logistics including vendor coordination and on-site execution.
• Activate pre-event campaigns including targeted outreach and social coverage.
• Oversee lead capture and post-event follow-up with Sales and SDR teams.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the right materials are available.
• Measure event performance and report on ROI.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact events.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing attribution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% for event execution.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity.

Benefits

• Annual salary of $125,000 - $145,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
