Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for driving business and commercial performance for a portfolio of spirits brands across New Jersey, managing a team of Customer Development Specialists.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in field-based marketing roles.
• College degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
• Experience in CPG, spirits, or agency roles is a plus.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Understanding of market trends and competition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Benefits

• Base compensation between $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
