Regional Brand Ambassador - Remote

Overview

The Regional Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering education supporting the Zacapa and 21Seeds brands across a designated region territory while developing trade relationships and driving brand opportunity with customers across the on, off, and non-premise channels.

In Short

• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines
• Impart brand story, production, taste profile, and cocktail application knowledge
• Represent Zacapa and 21Seeds at events with education, mentorship, networking, and tastings
• Extend and expand on existing brand relationships
• Seek opportunities within key markets for brand placements
• Develop industry-forward social, programming, education, and POS content
• Utilize social platforms to support brand initiatives
• Complete accurate and timely management of agency initiatives
• Support brand development with education in markets across the designated region
• Travel up to 25% for brand education

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality industries
• Experience representing spirit brands in a field-based or ambassador role
• Established a network of industry professionals
• Excellent knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
• Strong understanding of cocktail culture
• Confident and outgoing with excellent communication skills
• Ability to tailor communications for various environments
• Deep understanding of market and industry trends
• Strong budget management skills
• Experience using social media platforms

Benefits

• Base compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually
