Field Director - East - Remote

Overview

The Field Director, East is responsible for driving business and commercial performance across the Agency’s Eastern US Division, overseeing a large field team and collaborating with clients and distributors.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
• 4-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
• Experience managing field teams and working remotely.
• Expertise in leading and developing teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations and market trends preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within the region at least once per month.

• Base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
