Data Designer - Remote

In Short

• This role is 2 days per week onsite in NYC and 3 days remote.
• Design clear and engaging visual content from messy data and narratives.
• Create presentations, reports, and dashboards that are visually appealing and easy to understand.
• Collaborate with various teams to shape narratives and visualize insights.
• Use design to simplify complex information and make it accessible.
• Stay updated on design trends and improve storytelling systems.
• 5+ years of experience in presentation and information design required.
• Fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is necessary.
• Must have a strong design eye and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or interactive formats.

• 5+ years of experience in presentation, content, or information design.
• Real fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, and either Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• A sharp design eye with a high taste level.
• Experience with tools like Tableau for dashboard design.
• An intuitive ability to make data engaging and accessible.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with ambiguity.
• A love of clean, intentional design.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Manage administrative tasks in compliance with agency standards.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually.
