Field Director - Remote

Overview

The Field Director serves as a key organizational leader responsible for driving the mission, vision, and strategic goals of Black Futures Lab through effective partnership-building, programmatic leadership, and team management.

• Maintain systems for tracking organizing efforts.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of senior organizing experience.
• 3 years of managing an organizing team.
• Experience with electoral and issue-based campaigns.
• Knowledge of remote work dynamics.
• Ability to work with Every Action/NGP VAN.
