Digital Marketing Strategist - Remote

Overview

The Digital Marketing Strategist will contribute to Black Futures Lab and Black to the Future Action Fund’s growth and success by strategically creating inspirational, compelling, and impactful digital engagement and marketing campaigns designed to reach a broad cross-section of Black communities.

In Short

• Oversee website design, optimization, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies.
• Create engaging digital content campaigns.
• Manage paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain a digital asset management library.
• Prepare reporting dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
• Manage project timelines and track progress.
• Engage with Black and LGBTQOC communities.
• Support the mission of empowering Black communities.

Requirements

• At least five years of integrated digital marketing experience.
• Two years of experience in political or electoral campaigns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Strong graphic design and content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive email design.
• Familiarity with workflow management systems.
• Commitment to justice and liberation for all people.
• Ability to travel as needed.
