Overview

Inspira Education Group is seeking an SDR Manager to empower our sales team with the necessary tools, training, processes, and insights to succeed in a fast-growing edtech environment.

In Short

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Create ongoing training and workshops to upskill reps
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and resources
  • Define and document consistent sales methodologies
  • Administer and optimize sales tools and technologies
  • Track and report on sales KPIs
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Ensure reps have access to the right content at the right time
  • Drive tool adoption and measure effectiveness
  • Leverage data for training and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • 1-3 years in sales enablement or sales operations
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Data-driven mindset for analyzing metrics
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally
  • Experience in high-ticket D2C sales preferred
