Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated sales development leader to join our organization as an SDR Manager for the SDR Team. This leader will be responsible for all elements of team development – recruitment, hiring, and management of an SDR team, as well as driving pipeline growth and exceeding qualified meeting targets within their team.

In Short

  • Recruit and hire a world class team of SDR’s, on time and on budget
  • Manage and enable SDR’s to hit all key productivity metrics
  • Develop an overall SDR strategy for the region
  • Effectively forecast monthly / quarterly sales qualified pipeline
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure SDR productivity

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years SDR / SDR Manager / Account Executive experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand generation
  • Successful experience booking complex prospect meetings
  • Experience establishing relationships with executive levels
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based SDR methodologies
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
