In Short

• Lead end-to-end webinar and virtual events program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compelling webinar topics.
• Host live webinars and manage logistics.
• Execute promotional campaigns to maximize registration.
• Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• 2–4 years of experience in event marketing or webinar production required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confident on camera.
• Creative self-starter with project management skills.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and CRMs preferred.
• Full-time role with a schedule of 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST.
