In Short

• Coordinate Sonia's participation in external events to maximize visibility.
• Organize attendance at trade shows, congresses, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage logistics including registration, booth design, materials, travel planning, and team presence.
• Collaborate actively with Sales for lead capture and follow-up.
• Communicate with event organizers, partners, and key players in the dental industry.
• Create and maintain briefings, timelines, budget plans, and reports.
• Analyze the impact of events on business goals and identify scaling opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably focusing on events or field marketing.
• Some familiarity with the healthcare or dental market is desirable.
• Proven track record in organizing and evaluating event participation.
• Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) language skills, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with a KPI-oriented approach, thinking in funnels and conversions.
• Independent, structured working style with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
