In Short

• Participate in a 16-month rotational program.
• Rotate between 4 key areas of marketing: PR & Events, Content & Social, Growth Marketing, Brand Positioning/Strategy.
• Work closely with senior executives, including partners and the CEO.
• Drive process improvements and achieve successful business outcomes for client campaigns.
• Support the team with strategic client initiatives.
• Receive comprehensive guidance and feedback throughout the program.
• Aim for promotion to a Manager level role within a discipline.
• Strong performance may result in a job offer before the program concludes.
