Overview

The Squad Lead is responsible for enabling great software delivery through strong leadership, collaboration, and technical awareness within a Product and Innovation team.

Requirements

• Experience leading or coaching a software delivery team in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices.
• A technical mindset for discussing architecture and quality.
• Good communication skills for leading technical discussions.
• Significant experience in either Java or React development.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for supporting individual and team growth.
• Ability to maintain sustainable pace in delivery.
