• Support solution discussions and foster collaboration within the team.

• Produce high-quality requirements and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Analyze team metrics to assess project health.
• Refine agile methodologies based on feedback.
• Identify business opportunities and understand user needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Experience as a Squad Leader for a DevOps or Tech Team.
• Experience in setting up multi-functional development teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience with Atlassian tools.
• Effective collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
