Overview

Theoria Medical is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing DevOps team, focusing on automation and efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates.
• Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Define and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable infrastructure.
• Implement tools for infrastructure as code and monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance.
• Define and track KPIs and operational metrics.
• Promote collaboration and provide training on DevOps tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and automation tools.
• Punctuality and adherence to time policies.
• Ability to remain seated for the majority of the shift.
