DevOps Lead - Remote

Overview

At Loka, we use a modern tech stack to support meaningful projects across a huge range of industries. We’re seeking a DevOps Lead to deploy, secure and maintain robust applications in production environments, mainly AWS.

In Short

• Build and design cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS).
• Lead technical projects from architecture to implementation.
• Orchestrate containers with Kubernetes.
• Automate operations and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years DevOps experience, 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD tools, AWS CDK/Terraform/CDKTF.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, Python.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Clean criminal record.
