Overview

The Principal Business Development Manager, Major Accounts is responsible for selling products and services within the healthcare market, Post Acute specific. This position will collaborate with account executives to focus on sales opportunities with larger sites of care and will be responsible for coordinating involvement from other business units as needed to successfully win these opportunities.

  • Work in a cross-functional environment for customer success.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Fulfill responsibilities for operational and financial success.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ successful sales experience.
  • Experience selling healthcare technology products preferred.
  • Skilled in sales evaluation plans and cost justifications.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Knowledge in Practice Management Systems and Electronic Medical Records.
  • Proficiency in strategic selling principles.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively with a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
