Overview

The Medical Device Sales Representative is responsible for calling on physicians and discharge planners to win patient referrals for Inogen, while collaborating with other team members to achieve corporate sales objectives.

In Short

  • Procure new oxygen patient referrals to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Promote Inogen products and services to the referral community.
  • Meet/exceed monthly sales call targets.
  • Deliver/set up equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Execute territory sales plan for successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Oxygen referral experience with proven track record required.
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver results with limited oversight.
  • Experience with the 65+ demographic is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
